A wonderful game and deserving of all the praise heaped upon it from the trade press.

Excellent review Cary. I went from 0 interest/knowledge to thinking "Man, I really wish I had time to play that game!" Plus, I dig Japanese mythology.

Man I wish there was a way I could give you an extra 30 to 40 hours, Andrew. If you say you dig Japanese mythology, Okami's the game for you, especially since the whole story's just a mishmash of just about every Japenese fairy tale and folklore ever. This is just one of those games people's just gotta make time for. It probably won't be recognized as one of the best games of the year, but it should. Zelda who? --Cary
