Women are very much objectified, from the street-walking prostitutes in the New York level to the entire Amsterdam red light district. Real-world video footage can be unlocked, showing both dangerous stunts and barely-clothed girls. Racial stereotypes appear in abundance, with black pimps and Italian gangsters, for example. It's all wrapped up in a container of tasteless humor, and while the juvenile nature makes it perfect for teens, it's just too raw for that age group.

Well that means (based on Getting Up) it should be banned here in Oz. Note that it wouldn't be the blood, nor the blatant sexism, it would be the real video of potentially illegal acts.

... on another topic...

I would be interested to know if the problems with the control system are replicated on the PS2 version or if the controller lends itself to easier gameplay on that console.

That's a good point actually. I wonder if the PS2 version has accelerate on one of the shoulder buttons, given that there are two sets on the Dual Shock? This is the flaw with the Xbox version - accelerate is a face button, which requires some thumb gymnastics any time you want to do anything other than move forward, basically.
