Well I gave this one a 4 and GTA Vice City a 5... so... no. ;-)

Saint's Row has multiplayer.... but despite that, because of multiple GTAs, Saint's Row feels a bit more tired. Oh, the soundtrack isn't as cool of course.

I didn't touch on that stuff, or the multiplayer options, just because I don't feel they're necessary in a GD review.
