Kid factor sounds like the average Thanksgiving gathering, minus the realization of a mass-murder.

You have prostitution at your Thanksgiving celebrations ... interesting family :D

That line alone - anything that ellicits thoughts of Peckinpah - makes me want to play this ;)

Peckinpah was more realistic. This is a manequin body count Mike. The combat reminds me of games like Rebel Assault. Except without the rail.

Jon, if you get a tummy-ache at this Thanksgiving - a bottle of whiskey will fix you right up!

Oh. Thanks - that is actually very descriptive and helpful ... now I don't know if I'm anticipating the PSP version anymore. Too bad ... saw 'Cross of Iron' again a week or so ago ...

You nailed that one right on the head!

good to see a review up here... took a while tho.

re: the gunplay.. we have playtesters in weekly all year around... the gunplay was designed to be more realistic however no one liked it that way. I don't mean like a few people liked it... i mean ZERO of our playtesters liked the game with "real" combat.

thus it was relaxed and the body count increased... it does show as you mentioned.

I confess, I sat on it a bit because of PC problems - I had to replay a bunch on the Xbox after getting about halfway on the PC. Notice, all my reviews for the past few months have been PS2, 360, or DS. Hope you guys feel you got a fair shake, I guess I just don't understand your playtesters.

Also, I'm going to add a line or two to the review. I neglected to mention the Quickdraw "bullet-time" feature. That's worth complimenting.

btw - by playtesters I mean 2 random people often from magazines or simply be request who come in and play the game from start to finish and provide feedback both written and verbal.

as it happens today is the first day this year when the entire company is doing exactly this for Project 8.... alpha beckons... laters
