The PSP version is good then? I was scared when I saw that GAmespot didn't rate it much higher than the DS version.
Anyway I just think EA should have streamlined the game for the DS and just made better use of the (handheld) platform. It just seemed to take too long to play a game and too much time was spent watching your team lineup for every play. It didn't strike me as particularly suited for the handheld DS. A platform which won me over by being more even more convenient than a console.
They could done some sweet stuff with the dual screen and touchscreen too. But their effort was about 95% short of 100%. I'm being kind here.
Capitalism is supposed to work in bringing the best products to the market for the cheapest cost. But this feels more like some of the products you might have owned in Mother Russia 30 years ago. Broken down. Inefficient. Unloved. Old.
